Mevclinic, as the owner of this website, manages and controls its content with the aim of disseminating and informing the public of its activity, namely in the provision of care in the area of aesthetic surgery. Although the information transmitted is up-to-date and accurate, it is a set of information with a merely indicative nature, not constituting a medical opinion, so it is advisable to use a duly qualified professional whenever the user needs more specific advice.

Mevclinic informs website users about its policy regarding the treatment and protection of personal data of users and customers that may be obtained while browsing or contracting services through its website.

In this sense, Mevclinic guarantees compliance with the current law on the protection of personal data.

Mevclinic  has the duty to inform users of its website about the collection of personal data that may be carried out, either by sending an email or by filling in the forms included on the website. In this sense, Mevclinic will be held responsible for the data obtained through the means described above.

In turn, Mevclinic informs users that the purpose of processing the data obtained includes: the attention to requests made by users, inclusion in the contact book, the provision of services and the management of the commercial relationship.

Mevclinic informs users that their personal data will not be transferred to third organizations, unless such data transfer is under the  of a legal obligation or when the provision of a service implies the need for a contractual relationship with a person in charge of treatment. In the latter case, the transfer of data to the third party will only be carried out when Mevclinic. have the express consent of the user.

The Data Protection Regulation grants interested parties the possibility to exercise a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data.

Bearing in mind that user data is processed by Mevclinic, users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in accordance with the legal rules in force regarding the protection of personal data.

This communication must contain the following information: User's name and surname, request, address and the data they certify.

The exercise of rights must be carried out by the user himself. However, they may be performed by an authorized person acting as the authorized representative's legal representative. In this case, the documentation that certifies this representation of the interested party must be provided.
